The subject of this diploma thesis is to define the satisfaction of emloyees with teleworking in a selected company. The first part of the thesis defines the terms related to telework from a theoretical point of view. The second part contains information about the company itself and analysis about employee satisfaction with this type of work. The third part proposes measures which aim to increased employee satisfaction.

Zvýšená prevalence práce na dálku v důsledku pandemie covid-19 vedla ke zvýšenému zájmu o tuto formu organizace práce a její dopad na pohodu a zdraví zaměstnanců. Práci na dálku lze definovat jako jakýkoli typ uspořádání práce zahrnující používání osobních počítačů, chytrých telefonů, notebooků, softwarových balíčků a internetu k práci z domova nebo obecněji mimo pracoviště zaměstnavatele po většinu pracovní doby nebo její část.

The aim of the bachelor thesis is to provide recommendations for the employer that will help him effectively utilize the home office within his company. The bachelor thesis is divided into literature research, methodology, analytical part, suggestions, and discussion. The literature research provides an overview of ex-isting knowledge on the topic, while the methodology sets research methods and questions that are then answered in the analytical part. The suggestions section provides proposals that should contribute to the appropriate use of work outside the employer's workplace. The discussion compares research results with previ-ous studies, presents research limitations, and proposes further research.

Remote Work Abstract This thesis deals with the issue of remote work, or in other words, mobile work as this thesis calls it. In the first chapter, the concept of mobile work is defined, while the lack of unified terminology in both, academic literature and practice, is addressed. The thesis then analyses the current legal framework concerning mobile work, demonstrating through specific examples that practice, expert community, as well as the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs and the legislator (through the respective explanatory report), often consider the provisions of Section 317 of the Labour Code as the regulation of mobile work. The thesis critically examines this approach, identifying Section 317 of the Labour Code as a relic of the historical legal institute of so-called home employment, concluding so, among other thigs, on the basis of a direct comparison of the wording of Section 317 of the Labour Code with relevant historical legal regulation. Consequently, the thesis concludes that mobile work per se, strictly speaking, is not regulated by the law, even though the regulation of home employment bears a significant resemblance to mobile work. Work From Home Abstract The thesis deals with the current institute of labor law, which is working from home. The aim of this thesis is to explain the basic concepts, to summarize the past and current legislation, to analyze the main shortcomings of the current legislation and problematic points of homeworking, and to propose further direction of the legislation through de lege ferenda considerations. In particular, the main idea of the thesis is to present considerations to remedy the deficiencies of the current legislation. The overall structure of this thesis is composed of four parts. The first section discusses basic concepts such as working from home, working away from the employer's workplace, home office, homeworking and teleworking. Furthermore, this section is focused on the development of the legal regulation of homeworking, not only in the Labor Code, and the international and EU context. The second part examines the current legal regulation of working from home, more precisely working away from the employer's workplace, i.e. the provisions of Section 317 of the Labor Code. The diploma thesis deals with the introduction of a methodology for implementa-tion of teleworking, particularly in small and medium-sized enterprises. The di-ploma thesis explains concepts related to the areas of telework as one of the flex-ible forms of work. It describes the steps of the implementation process of tele-working. The diploma thesis deals with the choice of tools for teleworking and with legislation of teleworking. It summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of teleworking, as well as the financial quantification of the budget related to the implementation of teleworking. Thesis Title: Occupational Health and Safety with Focus on Atypical Forms of Employment The thesis aims to analyse and present the rules of occupational health and safety (OHS). The second goal of the thesis is the research of OHS solutions in atypical forms of employments with regard to current development of working relationships. The thesis also deals with the question of atypical forms of employment and the ensuring of OHS in Germany (GER). The collected information is used for comparison and evaluation of both countries and their attitudes toward OHS in atypical forms of employment. Part of the thesis is also devoted to possible course of OHS in the atypical forms of employment de lege ferenda including potential inspiration from GER in connection with ensuring of OHS. The thesis is mainly based on study of laws, relevant literature, comments and current articles. In the thesis, the descriptive and analytical method are used and at the end supplemented by the comparative one. The thesis is divided into six chapters that are split systematically into subchapters. The first part is focused on the definitions of fundamental terms that are further used in the following chapters.
